Insiders Academy
Insiders Academy was launched to make sure our employees learn and develop while they’re with us. We hold multiple training sessions and workshops every month to help you progress in your role at IIG. MBA Programme Senior members at Inside Ideas are encouraged to take part in the Insiders Academy MBA Programme. Every 2 years, we support employees with at least 3 years of management experience to get an MBA qualification. They can attend workshops onsite our office at Rosebery Avenue, or enrol in an open university programme of their choice. Apprenticeship Programme The IIG Apprenticeship Levy was created so that we can follow through on our mission to upskill our people. This programme teaches staff members new skills, tools and disciplines relevant to their roles. On-the-job learning and support is also delivered onsite Rosebery Avenue via our Insiders Academy Team.
Holidays
It’s important to take a break, so how will you spend your time off?
- – 25 days’ holiday per year (increasing to 30 days with long service)
- – 8 bank holiday days
- – Additional 5 discretionary personal days
Referral Scheme
Earn £1,000 for referring a new candidate! If you already work with us and have a friend, family member or ex-colleague who you think would fit right in with our new culture and values, you could get a referral bonus.
Please note that you need to refer a candidate who hasn’t previously applied for a role in our company. You’ll receive the taxable referral bonus once the candidate has successfully passed the 6-month probationary period for their permanent position.

Live & Learn was set up in 2014 as the charitable foundation of Oliver. We have one mission: to alleviate poverty. We do this by supporting educational projects in disadvantaged communities around the world. Education leads to better lives. And we’re passionate about the benefits our grants provide.
How you can get involved
- – Live & Learn fundraising initiatives, like bake sales, beer pong, quizzes and more
- – Giving Back days: Take a day out to volunteer as part of our social change initiative, whether for Live & Learn or another cause.
Tour Dare Ride
Our charity bicycle ride, Tour Dare Ride, was set up in 2018 to remember the lives of two great friends and colleagues, Larry and Jon. Each year, we ride in their honour from London to Bristol to raise money for their families’ chosen charities.

Sports
All Agency Football
Wednesday is football day. Our weekly 7-a-side kickaround in East London is welcome to everyone at IIG, whatever your skill level. It’s a great way to meet people from other agencies while keeping fit.
Dare Devils
Whether you’re a pro softballer or a rookie, join our 12-week league that takes place every summer. Our all-agency softball league is in partnership with the London Advertising Softball League, which includes 50 teams from ad agencies across the capital.

Maternity
- – 13 weeks at full basic pay and 26 weeks at Statutory Maternity Pay after 1 year of service
- – 17 weeks at full basic pay, 17 weeks at half basic pay and 5 weeks of Statutory Maternity Pay after 2 years’ service
Paternity
- – 3 weeks at full basic pay after 26 weeks of employment
- – 4 weeks at full basic pay after 1 year’s service, rising 1 week for every year of service, up to 8 weeks
Flexi-hours
- – 10am start or 4:30pm finish during your first week back at work
- – Take up to 2 paid emergency parental days per year up until your child is 12 years old
Pension Scheme
As an IIG employee, you’ll automatically be enrolled in our pension scheme with Aviva.
- – Both you and IIG make monthly contributions to your pension pot
- – You can choose to increase your monthly employee contributions
- – You can choose to opt out within 30 days of your employment start date
